Jun 30 2008, 9:11 AM EDT Hallmark channel in the UK has just finished airing S2 this week. They were plugging it as the 'last ever episode' which doesn't bode well, and this is a channel that's still plugging 'new' episodes of the Gilmore girls! They can't do a film of a series with this scope. There's too much going on in the plot as a whole and the broad range of the characters is too 'small' (in terms of national importance, not numbers) for it to work. 4 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jul 15 2008, 4:59 PM EDT It's too bad that ABC couldn't buy the rights. Put on "Jericho" with "Lost" and some other sci fi type show and you could have your "Wacky Wednesday" combination (I know, "Lost" was moved to Thursdays). Or have Sci Fi pick it up. "Jericho" would fit right in on Sci Fi. If you have the UHD Channel on your cable or satellite (it's an HD only channel) you can watch "Jericho". I have no idea what type of channel UHD is supposed to be, but they rerun entire seasons of cancelled shows. They just had a "Jericho" season 2 marathon last weekend. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jul 16 2008, 5:51 PM EDT I would love to see Jericho on any network at this point. I saw that the marathon was on and it sparked me again to keep the letters & postcards going out to sci fi etc. Do you find this valuable? |

Aug 12 2008, 11:15 PM EDT "Hey anything new about anyone buying jericho and airing it on there channel???"From SaveJerichoAgain.com, update on 8-4-08 After numerous requests from within the fandom, I checked in with Carol today, and she was kind enough to respond, even though she’s out of the office through August. It turns out KayT did the same thing by coincidence. She told me that the Jericho producers are moving full steam ahead on two of the fronts we’ve been already heard about. What’s really exciting is that she said they’re actually working on a story document for presentations associated with the current negotiations. Negotiations are always sensitive, so there’s not much more that can be said right now, but I think this is really great news. I know the next question is which two fronts. I think we’ll have that information sooner rather than later. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
